Unable to log in to Admin - Hang / Frozen / No Response

Running on IIS7. PHP 5.3

The installation went great, no problems at all.

 

However, when I access http://localhost/shop/admin768 (or 127.0.0.1/shop/admin768), enter my e-mail, password, and click log in, I am never logged in.

 

Eventually (15 minutes later maybe?), I get an error message from IIS (see attached screenshot)

 

 

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\v5.3\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exceeded configured request timeout

 

I've found other posts here that talk about updating the settings and changing the COOKIE_KEY, no luck. I've also tried in Chrome, IE, and Firefox, all with no luck.

I checked out the link you suggested; the post is about how to "get long running scripts to go more than 30 seconds"

 

What in the PrestaShop login would be taking more than 30 seconds? I'm on a fresh install, a fresh database, no items, all new.

 

None the less, I did try setting my IIS FastCGI Application settings; increasing times, decreasing timeouts, making sure the paths are correct, etc...

 

Within the thread, it also talked about moving files out of the c:\windows\system32\inetsrv folder. I have no PHP / FastCGI related files within that folder. When comparing with another IIS machine, the folder matches.
