toutelle
Hello We need help from an experienced Prestashop Developer. Our product view needs a redesign and we need to add a new field to the database, which will appear on several places in the shop front- and backend. The details are described and illustrated in the attached zip-file. Ideally, the development should be like a module, so we would be able to install it again after an upgrade. Currently, our Prestashop is running on version 1.4.3 and the template, which needs to be adjusted is deco-evo. This is our shop: http://www.tutel.ch We are happy to get your estimates in regards of cost and time. In regards of costs, i would be interested in having a fix-price offer. Please be aware that you would need to sign an NDA as you will get access to the shop backend and the database. Happy to get your offers, thanks a lot in advance! Dh42
That is kind of snarky since he was complaining about a system (the prestashop add-on store) that has been having lots of problems on both sides.
rseigel
Imagine if he didn't have Presta to force the refund? Client = screwed! Edited August 24, 2012 by rseigel (see edit history)
Dh42
Seems like he did the right thing to to me. In date july 21, i recieved a message from a customer who was not able to make a module work. i offered to help him FOR FREE of course. I recieved no response, not even a detail to help him. Oh, and he just said "the module does not work, i want my money back". A poor explaination, isn't it? Then again he wrote me on august 8, again, saying i didn't answer him and he wanted his money back. I again, answered willing to help him for the 3 new topics he opened in the message area. Then, 2 days ago, he left a false message about the module, claiming it didn't work and i stole his money. I contacted the team, and Fabien ALET ensured me he was going to take care of the problem. Consider it this way, if I bought a knife from your store and did not like it and asked for a refund. Sure you might give me one, but you would want the knife back. But what if I wanted a refund without giving the knife back? You would more than likely say no. That is how it works with modules, you cannot give them back. Once you buy them you always have them. He tried to provide support but the guy never answered him back. Which I have been around here long enough to know that there is an issue with the add-on stores support system. This really should not be re-hashed here, if you want to discus it more just take it back to the thread.
rseigel
I posted a link to the other thread. That was plenty. Just making sure a potential client knows the history. In that case Presta had to FORCE a refund. Just my .02......
Burhan BVK
rseigel, I have reported your first post here. I don't think your behavior should be tolerated in this forum. You have no business bad mouthing Nemo1 here, clearly you have failed to understand what the other thread was about and now you are here making stuff up. You don't even know how the refund process works. I don't want to get into a pointless discussion here with you, nobody has to endure explaining it to you. Moderators would soon step in, and I think your account should at least be suspended if not banned.

Patric
@rseigel, I deleted your first post in this topic. This behavior clearly goes against the forum's rules that I invite you to read again. And you should make some apologies to Nemo1. Ok.....still posting. In addition, this sort of provocation is all but clever. If this kind of things happens again, I will have to ban you from this forum. Thank you for your comprehension.
