Invalid new order state

Hi,

 

i have problem with invalid new order state for orders ( i think, where products have quantity 1). I recived email notification (mailalerts) for last product on inventory. But i don't get mail notification for new order and i don't see order in BO (Orders),.. if i look in customer Cart i see products and state "Invalid order".

 

Can please someone help me with this problem?

 

I'm using 1.4.4.1

with smarty 2

today i get 4 invalid orders... 12 was OK.

Hi,

 

I'm having the same (or at least similar problem). But it happens to maybe one or two orders out of 100...

 

My customer gave me feedback that after confirming the order the validation.php didn't show full page. I wanted to replicate the problem with displaying of error messages enabled, but my order of the same product with the same payment and shipping methods went without problem.

 

The quantity of the product was 2 when customer order was placed.

 

And on similar note... Sometimes I get order where the first (initial) status is "refund" ... I don't understand how is this possible. This also happens in 1 or 2 out of 100 orders.

 

I tried to find a pattern (combination of payment and shipping with stock count) but wasn't lucky

Hi,

 

i found problem in module MailAlerts. i just unistall it and so far no problem with state order.

 

Try for one week,..

It may be due to a bug with the swift mailer library. See this.
