Configuring Prestashop!

Hi This might be a long winded question so please forgive me in advance

I want to achieve the following:

• I want to sell items on the website that the person who's work it is will ship to the buyer
  
• The work, images, descriptions and prices etc will be added by the seller, eventually as I am finding that clients are having problems understanding parts of Prestashop!
  
• The seller will have their own unique login, I suspect this is easy but I thought I should add it anyway
  
• When an item is sold I need the system to automatically deduct a percentage, 20% for being on the site. There won't be a 'joining fee' just a percentage taken
  
• VAT will not be a problem
  

I hope I haven't forgotten anything, if I have please feel free to add, but is this easy to achieve for a beginner/intermediate user of PS, which I am?
