Modifying Categories - 500 Error

I've been having an issue where I am unable to adjust already existing categories.

 

For example, if I try to add an image or add a description to a category, I get a 500/Server Error. If it's a sub-category, it will move to the Home category, as well. While the changes may register, if we try to further adjust the category (like moving it to its original parent category), the changes will disappear.

 

This has been tested on multiple computers, and all but one computer works. The only computer that it properly works on is the one that was used to install PrestaShop on the server.

 

Please advise.

Bump. We got it to work on another computer by modifying something in classes/Media.php

 

However, it still doesn't work on any computer but these two computers.

 

I'm thinking it's some kind of file permissions deal. As far as I'm aware, all files are set to 775. Unfortunately the error message we are getting is not specific enough for us to troubleshoot the issue on our own.

 

Looking for some Prestashop staff to help us out here.
