jennyboo Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 Since we upgraded to prestashop 1.4.8.3 we can no longer process a free order. It worked fine before but not now. Any ideas of settings that need to be changed? We offer free PDF's customers can download, orders we process the credit card in our office, etc. and need to be able to have totally free orders go through. jennyboo Posted August 23, 2012 Author Share Posted August 23, 2012 Yes, That is the issue, when we offer free products or use a voucher it creates a FREE order and when we go to process a free order it just spins and spins and won't process.
