It is probably part of the problem but I fail to update it to later versions. Anyone know how to export all customers and their loyalty points to the new version? But my problem is that some orders are not recorded. Or they are registered but it does not show what they ordered in the shop. See picture. I can get what they ordered anyway, via Kreditor or in their shopping cart. I can not change the status of those orders. This happens maybe 1 time a week, different people and different times. Without a correlation of failing orders it is difficult to track down the root cause. Make a list of all failed orders and try to find something common. Post again if you can find anything.
