Links not working

Recommended Posts

Hi all

i was pretty excited after installing prestashop until i hit this problem :(. i really hope someone can help. please...

The navigation of my website is returning broken pages. For example, when i click on some of the categories, sub-categories and/ or products, i get a broken page. The problem happens on some links only. Strangely, the actual pages the problem occurs on keep changing. So for example if i click through to the navigation below, the link appeared to be broken, but when i tried a while later, it worked fine.

off road bikes >> mini moto bikes >> Petrol powered 110cc mini quad

My website is: http://quadbike.org

I am on version 1.4.8.2

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

hi

thanks for the reply. The links that do and don't work keeps changing. For example, i have just tried to check the link you mentioned by navigating to it using the site navigation but the parent link http://www.quadbike.org/7-off-road-quad-bikes stopped working. I checked again and it worked.

The main problem seems to be that some of the links do not work when using the site navigation. If, however, if you visit the broken links directly they appear to work.

thanks again for your help

I think that this problem isn't with prestashop but with something else. It's strange. Links to product and categories in your shop looks good. Try several times to go to:

Off road bikes -> Mini Moto quad bikes -> Petrol powered quads - sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Check error log in your server, maybe there is information about potential problems
