changing my default lang from USA to English

i have looked but cannot find the English lang in the prestashop_1.4.8.3, i am creating a new shop from scratch but want English not american/USA and my default lang

where is it?

From what I have learned....I don't think you can too much unless you create your own language folder like the en, de, fr ones in the system itself - then tie everything into it.

 

However, you can play with the lang en folder a bit. Download a UK flag and use that, plus change the date format.

 

I'm sure someone here knows more than me, but - in joking....are you selling elevators or Lifts? Besides the accents, I believe online you can seriously get by on the American English.

 

I understand your frustration, because being Lebanese speaking doesn't mean we are Saudi, Egyptain, or Syrian. I can't even understand Iraqis. But, in life...I'm stuck with pure Arabic.
