block advertising image size

Using Prestashop 1.4.4.0

I changed the block advertising image size from 155x163 to 191x163

 

changed blockadvertising.tpl

 

<a href="{$adv_link}" title="{$adv_title}"><img src="{$image}" alt="{$adv_title}" title="{$adv_title}" width="191" height="163" /></a>

 

 

works on local drive with test server but on live server doesn't work image still 155x163

 

cleared cache, force compile doesn't help

 

any idea ?
