[solved] Contact form doesn't work if "Save in Customer Service" is disabled.

Hi guys,

 

My contact form (v 1.4.1.0) doesn't work if "Save in Customer Service" is disabled. When you click "send", the basic error message shows.

 

If "Save in Customer Service" is enabled, the form doesn't work properly: nothing is sent to my mailbox. The messages are only visibile in the Customer Service.

 

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Provided you are receiving all other emails, make sure the templates contact.html and contact.txt are in /mails/[lang]/ directories.

Thank you so much for your reply, but... the templates contact.html & contact.txt are actually in the mentionned directories, and haven't been changed.

Are you using the default contact form? Did you make any changes? In any case, post the contact form URL and let's see if it can be diagnosed from client side.
