Displaying incorrect pricing

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

I am new to Prestashop. I have uploaded products via csv. My back office is showing the correct pricing, but the front is showing different prices (exactly double the price).

I have turned all tax rules off.

EDIT

This is my test site: http://www.cheapogizmo.com/v1/

If you view the products, the prices display correctly. But when you click "view" to enter the detailed page for a certain product, the price doubles.

Still very clueless! All help is greatly appreciated :)

Leon

Thank you for your reply Benjamin. After reading that link you posted, I still do not know what needs to be done to fix it. I realised that the bug report is slightly different to my problem. My front office external view of prices are correct, but the internal product view of prices exactly doubles.

Regards,

Leon

There is obviously a problem with your theme. Have you contacted the theme developer.

as there is no concrete report like this (that I could find) without getting someone to look at the code it will be difficult (if not impossible) to solve with the information provided.

Do you still have the same problem using the PrestaShop theme? i.e. set the theme back to the one that comes with PrestaShop. Does it still double your price?

Thanks for your post. The problem does not lie with the theme, it happened with the original theme as well. After much trial and error, I found the problem started when uploading the product csv files.

When creating a product without combinations, the quantity is organised under the "info" tab. If there are combinations, then quantity is managed under the combinations tab.

Because I uploaded products and combination csv files separately, there were qty field values under both the info and combinations tab, causing the price of the product to somehow double itself.
