ErrMsg: UPS Carrier – Webservice Test Connection down..

..when I configure UPS Carrier Module. Result = Error 111375

 

Anybody has an idea why?

• I have a well functioning UPS API key (production)
  
• in shipping » countries – ..the ISO code for United States is "US"
  
• I did not tested yet a ping from my host to ups.com, but I think, this is ok
  
• fopen on server is enabled
  
• cURL is enabled [libcurl/7.16.1 OpenSSL/0.9.7e zlib/1.2.3]
  
• no error log is written (level 4)
  

Systeminfo

Server: Apache | PHP: v5.2.3 | MySQL: v5.0.45 | PrestaShop: V1.4.8.2 | UPS Carrier: Modul v1.2.3

Try/check

• cURL is enabled on server
  
• allow_url_fopen is on
  
• delete .htaccess file on web root
  
• put new clean .htaccess file on server
  
• give access rights to this .htaccess file
  
• rebuilt .htaccess file: Shop » Tools » Generators » ..
  
• go to UPS module
  
• reset
  
• give same date inside and
  
• save
  

Now the same error will appear. Switch Option "Rate service group" to "United States Domestic Shipments" and click save. And? What happens? Switch a little with this several parameter like "Rate service group", "Pickup Type", "Packaging Type", "Calcul mode" – ..and you will see, some UPS Services under Delivery Service will be Available, other will be Not available. I hope, also the error message 111375 will disappear. Good luck. Kind regard, «designo»
