SN Deco Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 i guess presta did not like your changes, lolno serious, I had this problem, than I saved my password in firefox while logging in.since than it is gonesd i did the same a few time ago, but it doesn't seem to work for me as a temporary solution, i found out that closing the firefox tab and opening a new one does the trick. i guess it something related to the session and cookies, but i can't really find out the exact problem. I tried IE and Firefox for windows and the problem exists on that platform too. It's not just the backoffice though. I'm having the same problem with customers trying to log in. When they eventually succeed their shopping cart is empty! That's really annoying!Update:OK, now I am totally locked out! Not only it is unpredictably loging out as an admin, but it logs out also customers without saying nothing but "your basket is empty". It is more than annoying! My web master got shitty with me because I do not want to marry him and has locked me out. How or who can get me in. He has obiviously changed the user address and password.
