BackOffice - it logging me out!

Recommended Posts

I'm having the same problem. I've tried Opera and Firefox, it's the same problem. I even tried to see if I receive any errors with Firebug and I've got only 200 & 302. Any suggestions? I can't work :(

i did the same a few time ago, but it doesn't seem to work for me :)

as a temporary solution, i found out that closing the firefox tab and opening a new one does the trick. i guess it something related to the session and cookies, but i can't really find out the exact problem.

ok

in one forum you are right somebody wrote about the cookie thing, in firefox he had to change the permission for cookies
since presta works with so many of them
but i´m sorry i read so much, forgot where it was.

but i only can guess, want to help, but can´t really.

sorry

so I have to allow prestashop to send more cookies than other sites. it's a starting point in my debugging process :) thanks. I'm going to see if I can solve anything.

I am having the same problem with Firefox for Mac, Safari for Mac and iPhone. I tried IE and Firefox for windows and the problem exists on that platform too. It's not just the backoffice though. I'm having the same problem with customers trying to log in. When they eventually succeed their shopping cart is empty! That's really annoying!

Update:
OK, now I am totally locked out! This really pisses me off!!!

My server error_log file says this (X's are mine off course):

[Fri May 15 00:23:06 2009] [error] [client XXX.XX.XXX.XXX] PHP Warning: unpack() [function.unpack]: Type N: not enough input, need 4, have 3 in /home/httpd/vhosts/mijndomein.nl/httpdocs/winkel/classes/Blowfish.php on line 324, referer: http://www.mijndomein.nl/winkel/authentication.php?back=my-account.php

In Blowfish.php I find on line 324:

            list(, $Xl, $Xr) = unpack('N2',substr($plainText, $i, 8));

Help anyone?

We've got the same problem. Not only it is unpredictably loging out as an admin, but it logs out also customers without saying nothing but "your basket is empty". It is more than annoying!

This problem may be du to a PHP bug. If this is the case, you'll have to upgrade your PHP.

Which PHP version do you have ?

I have 5.2.6. I searched the changelog of this version but cannot find any bugs related to this function. can you give us further details about the problem?

I can not get into my back office. It tells me that there is no employee by my name. My web master got shitty with me because I do not want to marry him and has locked me out. How or who can get me in. He has obiviously changed the user address and password. I have paid for 3 years to have it run on the net and now I can not even get in.
