dadajax Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 I have exactly the same problem. In this email template "Order confirmation", there is variable {order_name}. This prints into email something like this: "#000007" (order number with character # and some leading zeros). When I tried to change {order_name} to {id_order} (to get simple order number, in this case just "7"), it doesn't work. It only prints "{id_order}" into email. So question is: Why {id_order} works in some email templates, but not in this one? Is there any difference between usable variables in different templates?
