order confirmation and product list from order - how?

Hello,

I woudl like to get product listing in order confirmation - but when I am putting:

 

#{id_order}

 

 

 

TOT_PROD: {products}{total_products}

{firstname}{lastname}

 

 

I am getting only:

 

NRZAM:17

 

TOT_PROD: {products}{total_products}

namelastname

 

 

what should I do ?

 

It is big problem, as I think there is nor link within fields? Where can I cutsuomize it?
