veda Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Hello, I am new to Prestashop (1.4.8.2). I am trying to create my first store. I am not able to create/edit Categories. When I click on Catalog, I am taken to Current category : Home. The Category section/tab seems to be missing from the Catalog menu (see attachment). I can only work on the Home category. Where it says creat sub-categories that is where you should start. Just thought I would ask you if you made any categories to start with. What has confused me is that I am asked to create subcategories when I go to the Home category. I guess it means that there is one main category and everything else are subcategories under it.
