How to move the tag cloud from left to right?

Hi,

 

I would like to move the tag cloud block from left to the bottom of the right side, how can I do it? I knew I can move it's position in admin panel, but it doesn't let me move it from left column to right column.

Click to Modules then positions then click on Run live edit, a preview of your site will come up in your browser, simply crab the icon that looks like four green arrows and drag to other side.
