Export only the customers database tables

I am migrating my store to another server. Unfortunately it is the second time and last time I had some problems, an operation that imported all the database files and the server root files too.

 

This time I'm doing the cleanest way possible, so I created a new store and exported / imported the products (by CVS), and now I only need to export the customers.

 

Who can tell me what tables the database I do export / import only for customer information, including:

 

Customer data

History of orders made

Loyalty points
