tasman2706 Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 Hi, I added a few lines to the preparation.html email template and saved the changes. Since then, the order_conf and new_order templates do not display correctly in emails that are sent out. I have looked at the html files in the sites mail folder and they display correctly, so it looks like a problem in the way they are sent by the software. pbliss Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 Hi, I have encountered the same problem with the order_conf and new_order email templates not appearing correctly after I made a change to the Bank Wire Email template. I am using Prestashop V 1.4.3. My question is where do I get the new versions of the Prestashop zipped files from and how do I overwrite the previous versions? I hope you can help.
