product image not uploading

Hi , everytime i try to upload a product image the image fails to upload. In front office the image is white with the product name in the top left hand side of image. The upload worked ok on my localhost, but since i put it on server its been playing up..

 

Heres the error message i get.

 

escapeshellarg() has been disabled for security reasons in /var/www/vhosts/fashion2000.co.uk/httpdocs/shop/images.inc.php on line 151

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

its been sorted out now....for reference, i spoke to my servers tech team, they configured the servers for me...heres part of the conversation i had....!!
