ttfan
I'm new to Prestshop (but not new to ecommerce) and I'm trying to choose a theme/template suitable for both desktop and mobile viewing. It's great to find so many themes/templates around, but it's quite overwhelming and i'm having major trouble trying to compare them, or work out which are truly of high quality, well coded and well supported. Are there some reviews somewhere perhaps, or independent ratings? It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction of where to start? Thanks a lot! tdr170
Always start with the Prestashop templates these templates are tested and verified by Prestashop before they are posted for download.
Kogkalidis
I think that default theme is RC1 version is quite modern, simple (or "lakwniko" {λακωνικό} like we tell it in Greece) and there is no need to change is as for mobile version you need something to load easily. That's my personal opinion.
ttfan
Thank you guys, much appreciated! So is it possible to add a mobile template that will only display for mobile devices, and show the default template for desktop devices?
Kogkalidis
According to my opinion, the modern mobile phones have "tiny" screens. So surfing through the main site would never be a (serious) problem. Anyway will never be the same as in front of your desktop/laptop. Personally I would never change the default theme. The only that I want is speed and simplicity. Blah blah is not something that I like.
