Cant see language flag next to product info

Hello

 

I am having to create my own language pack but I cannot see the new flag appearing in the Catalog. The language is showing up under Languages and is enabled and the new flag appears under Languages and Translations and on the website itself. But we cant input the new info for the products as only the UK flag is showing up. Can anyone help?

 

Also are there instructions somewhere for doing your own translation pack?
