Request for Quote - Most Recent Order Page

Here is what I would like:

 

A page like history.php that when the client is directed to that page it displays the details (including any notes) of their most recent order and only most recent order.

 

This page should not over write the normal order history page.

 

It should also hopefully be compatible with themes applied to the store.
