Category view as frontpage

Hey Hey!

 

I'm about to setup my first Prestashop with a unique concept, which only needs a filter and one category, since there is only one type of product but in many different shapes, colours and so on..

 

My idea was when the user when first enters the shop, he will be shown the category view of all the products available in the shop, and he can use the filter to narrow down to show only those of interest..

 

So my question goes to how i can show this one category as the frontpage?

No not exactly, i want to show all the content of one category on the frontpage. That modul just shows the categories on the frontpage.

 

What i want is to make category view of one category (And all the products in that category) to my frontpage. hope that makes more sense

I got two choices, make my own custom webshop for this product or i wanted to try use prestashop for this specific project.. and since i wanted more experience with Prestashop i was hoping this could be possible to create, in one way or the other...
