Bilingual (JP & EN) but bar code redirects to only English pages

Hello All,

(1)I,m running , 1.4.8.2 Bilingual (JP & EN) but googleqrcodelite redirects to only English pages.

 

Any clue to resolve this?

 

(2)secondly,( send to a friend ) works fine in the English side but sends no contents in Japanese side.

Any clue to this please.

SOLVED (worked for me)

 

Solution (1) regenerate your .htaccess from back end

Solution (2). (UPDATED JAPANESE LANGUAGE FROM BACK END , INSERTED MAIL TEMPLATE IN /domain/modules/sendtoafriend

Thank you for your response,

I set the default language now to Japanese and yet both of them did not work,

 

Please teach me how to setup my japanese mail template in the send to friend directory and more clues to that.

This may help as it solved issues for me when adding a new language to the front office.

 

Make sure to regenerate your .htaccess file after creating a new language.

Thanks elpatron , i regenerated the .htaccess files from the back office and now googleqrcodelite works well.

Problem one solved.

 

 

The second problem is still there and even worst.,

ie ( send to a friend ) not working , before it could send no content message but now it shows error when you click send.

Now my question is ;

How can i have Japanese mail templates set up in your Send to Friend module directory?

when i check sendtoafriend directory i saw other languages but did not see any Japanese folder there
