Module is not creating carrier in version 1.5

What's the difference between create a carrier in the version 1.4.8 and in 1.5?

 

I'm aksing because I have a module (attached) that should create some carriers but it is not working in 1.5 version, just in 1.4.x.

 

When I try to install it, it goes normally, it even appears as installed.

 

But when I go under "B.O. > Shipping > Carriers": I can't see the carriers that the module should create. And I got no error message.

 

Any sugestion? please...

 

 

EDIT: Using PhpMyAdmin I noticed that the module create some Sql tables:

 

correios_rate_service_code

correios_cache

correios_cache_test

correios_rate_config

correios_rate_config_service

correios_caixas

 

But after I cant see any carrier working...
