Editing Header

Hi... I am developing a theme for prestashop, I am wondering if it is possible to manually design the header of a theme. I´d like to add on specific places the links area, the language links and the currencies, however they are all wrapper on the header-right div on the defaul theme, and rendered according to the position on the back office. If I want to place something else, coded on the header directly with css I can´t, because it is not inside the right-div. I´d like to know if there is a way to manually "call" the modules from the theme header to place and wrap them on custom divs. Any idea?
