Upgrade to 1.4.8.3 Site cannot be viewed properly on mobile phone any ideas?

Hi all,

 

I am finding it difficult to find answers for this so I would appreciate any insight to this issue.

 

After upgrading to the latest version and all appears fine on pc however on a mobile phone after leaving the homepage the right and left columns appear briefly and then disappear along with shopping cart etc.

 

I am thinking that the issue should be fairly straight forward because the homepage appears perfect, would it be a module causing this issue?
