staps99 Posted August 6, 2012 Share Posted August 6, 2012 Hi I have installed the cardsave module into prestashop and filled in the information that is needed. When I try a test transaction it returns an error saying your payment was not successful. When I check the merchant manager system there is no record of the attempted payment. This tells me that it is not communicating with the gateway for some reason. In my merchant account I have a preshared key but where does this key go. There is no mention of it in the module but surely it needs it to communicate with the gateway. Is there something else I have to do as well as installing the module? Hope that all makes sense. After lots of head scratching and much investigation the solution for me turned out to be straight forward..The hosting company I use did not have SOAP enabled on their server and they needed to open port 4430. So I sent a message to my hosting company saying please enable SOAP and open port 4430 and hey presto it worked like a charm. Hope this helps.
