No site preferences in BO, themes dont update through FTP?

Hi,

 

My client has asked if i could allow guests to see prices and add items to cart, easy job, but there are 4 themes in the FTP, prestashop, prestashop_new and 2 others, only the prestashop themes have the .tpl files in.

 

When I apdat these files nothing happens on the websites front end.

 

I have looked in the BO to see what theme it was using but there are only catalog, customers, orders and shipping, I cant see anywhere to control site names, themes emails etc, in the FTP I can see a large selection of modules, but none of these are listed either.

 

any ideas?
