NOT ACKNOWLEDGE passwords ADMIN USERS OR AFTER IMPORT AND EXPORT

Hello friends I made while trying to solve the following problem. To begin I am working with xampp and have installed the DB to my store level or localhost in the food database with new product and on the other hand I have my WEB SERVDOR http://www.xxxxx.com and has the same BD prefixes and localhost

a) LEVEL Localhost BD: saracura_saracura and PS_saracura_saracura (ie on my machine at home)
LEVEL WEB SERVER BD: saracura_saracura and PS_saracura_saracura (ie on my domain server www)

The problem is this:

a) When I LEVEL Localhost backup PHPMyAdmin to export saracura_saracura BD * option (SQL) compressed (zip) file I generated (saracura_saracura.sql.zip). When you import the DB from my server WEBhasta makes everything perfectly. As the problem is I want to become a WMD or no longer accepting USER PASSWORDS, asking me to send my mail recently and I am assigned a different password of both USER and ADMIN

LEVEL WEB SERVER (vice versa) me pasa lo mismo

Please someone has solved the problem, because with Joomla, or other such problems do not happen
