Problem importing images from CSV product import

Good morining.

 

I'm having problem when I try to create a product from the csv import function.

I've read some topics and checked all the necessary think but seems is not working.

 

Allways I've a message regarding image not found.

 

I've tryed all 3 possible link in my csv :

..//img/imgfabas/image.JPG

../img/imgfabas/image.JPG

http://www.mywebsite.com/img/imgfabas/image.JPG

 

nothing....

 

I notiched that in the normal creation procedure the image is like this :

 

-- http://www.minoiailluminazione.com/img/p/3016-4454.jpg

 

But the broken link after the csv import is like that :

 

 

-- http://www.minoiailluminazione.com/img/p/4/4/6/7/4467.jpg

 

Please help !!! I don't know what else check.

The first form is how the old image system places the images, the latter is used by the new image system. There is some funny business going on with image paths, may be related.

specifying the full URL is the correct form. Try with the lowercase file extensions (e.g. .jpg).
