!sense
Hi all I hope this is not a double post, I have searched but could not find any other related posts. I have been playing with the development of a website for a while now. When I started looking at it, Prestashop was at version 1.3.6.0. I have always been too scared I'm going to break something when I try to update. I have decided that the website will go ahead and plunged into the upgrade to the current version (1.4.8.2) to make sure the site is stable and secure when I publish it. I backed up the complete site and DB, keep in mind this site is not active at all. Prestashop ugrade 1.3.6.0 --> 1.4.8.2 When connecting to Back office I now get instead of my Back Office a page that tells me to connect to https://www.myshop.c...in789/login.php (URL changed) because SSL is activated. When I do, I get a 404 Not found The requested URL /shop/admin789/login.php was not found on this server. When I connect with my FTP client, the file is definitely there. I am guessing this has something to do with SSL now activated by default which might not have been the case in the past. Possibly my hosting co needs to be contacted to do something on their side? I see people being asked to regenerate their .htaccess files, but it seems to be done from back office (which I cannot get to). Any ideas?
