database can be transferred easiliy with third party mod, but we need someone to make "feel like" site, and integrate a lot of modules into it, of course we need also someone who really understand ecommerce and can advise "how to"

• have you found a prestashop theme you would like to use
  
• about how many existing products, customers, images, orders etc.. need to be migrated
  
• what currency and languages do you support
  
• what payment methods do you require
  
• what third party modules are you looking to install
  
• what hosting company do you use, is it shared, dedicated, vps...
