Grafikamania
Hi guys I have a big problem, when customers place an order and pay by bank transfer, after you realize you made a mistake and pressing the back button of the browser are able to complete the order again by choosing another method of payment, such as paypal. This is because once you order you should empty the cart instead of clicking the back button of browser you restore your cart. Does anyone know how to fix? thanks
bellini13
Once a cart is associated to an order, typically submitting the cart again would fail, as prestashop has a check for this. could you provide some additional details as to the version of prestashop and theme you are using?
Grafikamania
Hello, thank you for reply. The theme is personalized but the base is prestashop template. The version of prestashop is 1.2.5.0. Customer procedure is this... Customer order and select bankwire, after order confirmed, customer click on back browser button and return on payment method page, then customer select paypal and the system generate a new cart and customer pay the new cart but on BO there is not other order. I want to add that the problem is only if customer select for example Paypal or Other POS method where order data are passed to system on payment method list. bellini13
v1.2.5 is a pretty old and unsupported version of prestashop, have you considered upgrading?

bellini13
Yea but eventually you are going to have to upgrade. I would begin planning by documenting every customization you have made to your shop. For each notate briefly what functionality that customization provides you and why it was necessary. This will help in providing a developer with requirements for performing the upgrade and determining if the new versions support that already. You should also start looking for a v1.4 compatible theme that fits your business needs, as your current theme will not work. If you choose to stay on v1.2.5 you are going to find it rather difficult to locate a developer willing to support you. For your issue, it will require time and effort to research what the problem is, and then additional time and effort to fix it. If you are willing to pay for that time/effort, then you likely should redirect those funds to upgrade
