New_order and order emails have incorrect format?

Hi Guys

This is my first question, I've managed to sort most things out, either by myself or by googling and most times I end up here anyway

 

My question is that my alert email to me and my customers are incorrectly formatted, please see piccy. The reference, title and price are above the main titles, not below and the reference box is now huge!.

 

I've tried swapping things around in the Tools>Translations>en - order.html and in new_order.html without any success, please can anyone help.

 

I'm not great at html (mainly a copy & paste guy) so will need gentle handling please.

I have had the same problem as this.

It seems to be an issue with the Prestashop HTML editor.

I used an online editor and uploaded via FTP and it worked fine.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this thread.

 

I had figured out that using the FTP to change emails worked the day before your answer came thru.

 

But thanks very much for replying, I was beginning to think no one was going to come up with an answer!
