NYTaxHelp
I've got a problem that I could use some help on. I've been trying to install trust-guard trust seals on my site for a while and I'm stuck. I know where I need to place the code, but nothing is showing up on my site. Is there a computability issue? I'd also consider switching to a provider that has a simpler installation process like the BBB trust seal or VeraSafe, but wanted to know if any prestashop users had ever had any luck installing trust-guard? NYTaxHelp
I'm trying to get it on every page (at the footer). I'm using some instructions from one of their terrible support people and it's just not working. (sorry for the rant ) Could someone confirm where I need to put in these code snippets, and how many places do I need to copy this code into? If it's just a snippet of javascript or something like that put it into the footer, by editing blockvarious.tpl or blockcms.tpl. Make sure the position is in the footer and that you switch Force Compile and No Cache ON/OFF for the new tpl files to take effect.
bellini13
I have a module that I created for these scenarios http://www.bellini-services.com/shop/prestashop-modules/22-block-random.html this will allow you to take the script text provided and enter it in the module configuration. The module will then insert the script in all of your pages
NYTaxHelp
I have a module that I created for these scenarios http://www.bellini-s...ock-random.html this will allow you to take the script text provided and enter it in the module configuration. The module will then insert the script in all of your pages @ bellini13 - This seems great. And so this will work with VeraSafe.com seals as well? I'm switching to them after all the frustration with trust-guard. Edited July 31, 2012 by NYTaxHelp (see edit history)
bellini13
Hi NYTaxHelp, send me a PM with the script verasafe provided to you, and I will test it to confirm.
NYTaxHelp
Wooohoo! I just figured this out. It was a problem with the trust-guard code snippet (grrrrrr). The verasafe.com code is working fine. Thanks @jimbola and @bellini13
