authentication page not loading

When i try to login on my prestashop website, it does not show up the login or register boxes.

 

If you have a look at my site: https://selectsexywear.co.uk/en/authentication you will see.

 

I have tryed to clear the cache in: tools > smarty > cache but there are no files there. If i go to tools > smarty > compile, there is a lot of files there. I found one called

b532d9491f1962c25c1a8fa11acced4807166419.file.authentication.tpl.php

 

and deleted it. I think this might be the problem. I had a backup and put it back in but no luck.

i have also problem in my prestashop i think it same of this error but i can't fixed it i want some help from u

when you register on my site you can see the error

 

the page not reload to next it send me error and not send email

 

please help me
