moonmosaic
I get this message when I go to proceed to shipping. The funny thing is it works well on my laptop at home under localhost but it doesn't work on the hosting company's server. The problem is when I edit the default carrier the ZONE BOX where you tick the desired zone is not saving my choice. Anyone knows what the problem might be? Patric
Which version of PS are you using ? This was a known bug of the 1.2.0.1 alpha version. It must have been fixed in the SVN. Make a try.
moonmosaic
yes, i am using the alpha version. how do i fix it?
Patric
Alpha version is not to use in production. You'd better wait for the 1.2 final.
Dibears
I've figured out the error!I looked in my SQL server database, and it turns out the default carrier zone is set to ID=2, when the install of 1.2 alpha has no carrier id=2. So all I did was to go to myPHPAdmin and view the carrier_zone table.Change carrier ID to the correct ID that displays in your Back-Office, and make sure the zone is set the the one you'd like (also in your back office) and save (click Go).You should now have no more "There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address! "error! and you can continue ordering with 1.2alpha!Moderator, please also post this under bug fixes!Dibears
