block layer navigation issue...

Hello I have 1.4.8.2 and block layer navigation v1.8.2 and I bought a theme from template monster.

Issue are that:

-block works well only under category in wich I see and only for first list page of items, if I click on second page of items, I didn't see any item, instead they are (I see them correctly in second page if I disabled the module)

-block works only under a category, but I can't search for example for all categories, if I want know about items that are under 20 euro, it shows only items under 20 euro that are in that category, so not home category.

Is it possible to solve this 2 issues?

Please I would need solution.
