sbm
Hello, As you can see on my site in preparation, instant search resultas are far from accurate. For example type in SONY, and you will see products from other brands appearing. Any clues on how to adjust this please. My site is here Thanks for your advice, Steven Edited July 27, 2012 by sbm (see edit history)

Paulito
Good morning Steven, As Carlsen said, your search box is working as it should be. When a customer types in SON or SONY the drop-down box shows 10 separate products, the customers them clicks on 1 of these and is taken to that particular product page. sbm
Hi Perfumes, Please, check the attached image I put on July 27. I might be understanding the instant search in a wrong way, but for me the results on the body of the site are the instant search results, not the category suggestions below the search box....isn´t this coorrect? Paulito
Good morning Steven, I am afraid the search results are in the drop-down box. If you want to get search results in the main body of the page then you will have to use the layered navigation module: BO > MODULES > FRONT OFFICE FEATURES > LAYERED NAVIGATION BLOCK and configure it. This is wear a customer can choose any of the filters you have previously set-up to show products in the main body of the page. Hope this is of some help Paul
sbm
Hi Paul, Please, go to my website, and type in, for example, SONY. How to make more accurate the suggested products appearing on the body of the website (they show now Panasonic and all sort of results).
