[SOLVED] Strange order email

Hello

 

when a customer make an order, and receive the confirmation email, the email looks not as it should be.

See the printscreen.

I haven't changed the emails, and use the original ones.

Is there a solution for this?

Many thx Carlsen, that works, but the New order email to the store owner looks also not good.

Here is all the standard e-mails templates: http://hosted.flairp...tml-PS-1482.zip

 

You shouldn't experience problems with e-mails layout, after replacing your files with the ones in the above link.

Thx Carlsen, strange because i thought i used already the original emails.

i have replace them, but the order_conf.html is still the same as the last photo i added.

problem is still not solved.

Strange that the price is in the reference tab.

Yes that is actually very strange if you are using 100% default templates, it is like there is a <td> or <tr> that isn't closed..

 

What e-mail client are you using?

 

It wouldn't make sense, but what if you renamed the product to "test", so the character count is decreased, any other results?

I have found it

The column width of the product was to small.

That's because the product name is to long.

 

Now it is fixed.
