Pershing
Hi, I would like to buy a theme I found on prestashop addons store. I would like to know where I'll find support after buying it, and if I can receive future updates. Sorry, but I can't find these informations around thanks in advance
Mike Kranzler
Hi Pershing, On every theme, you'll see a link for "Send a message to the developer" near the top of the page. We actually recently improved the process on our end for routing these messages to the proper people without delay, so this is definitely the best way of getting support. I hope this helps clear things up a bit. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
thank you Mike. Two more questions. - Do I have access to future updates? - Is the theme sold with all the necessary modules? That all depends on the individual developer. The Addons store is our community marketplace, similar to Apple's App Store. 95+% of the submissions on there are externally developed, and not developed by the PrestaShop team. That is why its best to use the "Send a message to the developer" option if you have any questions before purchasing a module or theme. -Mike
