Backoffice displays incorrectly

Recommended Posts

post-366448-0-03532700-1343309793_thumb.pngWhen I moved the whole prestashop from the old server (in the Wordpress blog) to the new one.

Even though I followed every single step written on here, it was not successful.

The backoffice displayed a bit strange and I can't see the some images there.

As I attached the screenshot here, it just looks like the issue which was already solved here, but no solution written there, so I built this topic again.

When I checked the link address to the missing images, there is the address of the backoffice in it which is not there when I checked old site that is working correctly.

(eg. example.com/backoffice/image/t/AdiminPayment.gif)

That should be one of the reasons, but there could be some more....

Mike Kranzler fixed the problem above, so if he can tell me how he did it last time, I'd be really pleased about it.

Thank you

Hi suzuman,

It looks like that user fixed it just by navigating to the new server's new login page, but you might want to try contacting him directly, as he managed to fix this on his own and didn't really explain what he did to resolve it if there was anything beyond that.

Hi Mike

I talked to the [jeyjoo], but he said he didn't do anything particular to fix the problem. He just logged in from the original URL [http:serveraddress.com/backoffice] instead of his own domain [http:jeyjoo.com/backoffice], the the problem solved.

As I wrote on the first post, I notice that some parts of pages in backoffice are looking at wrong place.

For example, the small image of "Catalog" at the top tab list should be at

However, on my page it says

That's why the page looks broken.

Can you tell me where I can adjust the files/images position?

Thank you
