kyrre Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 Greetings allIf a customer cancel an order or the online payment are not accepted, there is no way to see that in todays Prestashop.There should be a place to review unsuccessful orders - and there should be a function with a popup of some kind trying to get an explanation from the customer. Why did he cancel, or what went wrong when paying.In the old shop the order was created as soon as the customer logged in or signed up. If the PayPal payment went wrong I could send an email asking if the customer wanted help trying again with a new payment. I saved almost 60% of all cancelled order that way.
