returned voucher amount error

Hi all,

 

I need your help with a curious problem found creating a voucher.

 

If a customer bought same item and I want to make a voucher, the total amount is less that the total.

 

Example:

 

 

Article 24,90 €

shipping 5 €

Total: 29,90 € (Tax included)

 

Voucher created by prestashop on AdminOrder-> 21,96 €

 

I look for a solution in the forum and forge and nothing was found.

 

Prestashop version 1.4.7
