coroccota
Hi, I have a prestashop 1.4.8.2 installation in 1and1. We installed it about 3 months ago and there wasn't any problems in all this time. BUT it failed 1 week ago. The main page is white, no text, no images, nothing. Backstore is white to. I can't access to the shop. I activated the error display in the config.inc.php file and nothing happened. The server has mysql 5.1.49 and php 5.2.17 (which is higher than the minimun requirements). I wrote to 1and1 and they said that everything is fine in their configuration. I will apreciate any suggestion to solve this problem, please. coroccota
Hi, Try to: Delete your .htaccess file Clear any cached sites in the cache folder Clear cached files in smarty / smarty2 compile/cache folders. Hi FPDK, Thanks for your soon reply! It's strange because there wasn't .htaccess file... . Anyway, I cleared all files inside cache, tools/smarty/cache, tools/smarty/compile, tools/smarty_v2/cache and tools/smarty_v2/compile folders but unfortunately there isn't any change. I forgot to mention that I moved the web to my localhost and the problem continued there. However, I am following your indications in the 1and1 version. What's next? coroccota
I found the problem: a trojan virus was in my computer and It infected my php files with malicious code when I was uploading this files with filezilla to my web server. This code started with "eval (base64 code ". I updated AVG, then I cleaned all my php files and it works again. Thanks for your help!
