Tax calculations not showing

Hello all,

 

I just got my SSL certificate installed and setup the authorize.net module. When I go to check out and even on the product pages it automatically calculates tax which is good, but it doesn't show the tax and doesn't indicate anywhere that its included in the final price so it is kind of confusing. Also the only way I could see to configure tax was 1 flat tax for everyone. Is there a way I could charge tax only if they live my state? Here is a screen shot of what I am talking about:
