Black and White Theme Footer Problems

Hi I have the Black and White theme installed on a test site and the footer won't line up?

I have installed everything at per the theme instructions but the footer just won't line up

any ideas why?

Have you solved your issue? It looks aligned at my screen. Although I see you need to re-do the CSS file, and float the various lists and divs properly.
